Postal ordering is very simple as with the internet ordering system. Our friendly staff are

With postal ordering you can supply a normal photo that we will scan in or you can supply
a photo on a disc. We also accept photos that can be emailed to info@picturethisonline.com.au
along with your Surname. This photo will be held until your postal order form arrives.
The MOST important item of the order is the photo you send to us. If it is of low quality
there is not much we can do. So please take care in selecting the photo you send. If the
photo is taken with a digital camera please set the camera to one of the higher quality settings.
Problems like red eye we can fix. The photo you supply should be as close as possible to
a head and shoulders photo.
As we maintain a high quality product we will never process a print that we are not happy with.
We will always contact you if we think the photo is not of a good quality and make
arrangements with you to supply a new photo.
We also recommend that you have fun with the photo if you are taking a new photo,
such as in the case of a gift for a child, dress them up in their clubs colours.
Now to the main ordering. Just select the player, then the size, then the name to appear
on the print. Example: To Lisa - Hi Lisa - Hey Lisa.
Next is the message: Example: Wishing you all the best mate. You have creative
freedom in the message you want to appear. NO ANTI SOCIAL TEXT ALLOWED.
The final stage is payment. You have a number of payment options on the order
form. Post and payment to:

Once we receive your order the processing starts and the normal time to process your
order from start to postage is normally 5 to 7 working days. In most cases it is
5 working days. We keep in contact with you via email at each stage of your order
so you know exactly at what stage your order is at.
